Organizations managing field teams and multi-site projects had no reliable way to track actual hours worked per project. Manual timesheets were error-prone, buddy punching was rampant, and there was zero visibility into how labour hours were being allocated across project sites — making cost control and compliance nearly impossible.
We built Sparks T&A to close every gap in workforce time tracking. Biometric devices — fingerprint, facial recognition, or card — push attendance data directly into the system in real time. Field workers clock in and out via mobile app with geo-fencing tied to project site boundaries. The Project Manhour module automatically calculates hours per project and per employee, generating reports that feed directly into payroll and project cost analysis.
